1. No investment advice; no adviser relationship

Form 4 AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and using the Site does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and us. The conviction scores, theses, alerts, digests, and any other content on the Site are educational research signals, not personalised investment advice and not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security.

2. Your responsibility for your decisions

You are solely responsible for any investment, trading, legal, tax, or other decision you make. Before acting on anything you read on the Site, do your own research, verify the underlying public filing on SEC EDGAR, and consider consulting a licensed professional. We accept no liability for losses or other harm arising from the use of the Site.

3. Data accuracy and availability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any data, score, thesis, or other content on the Site. Filings come from SEC EDGAR and may contain errors, delays, or omissions; our parsing and analytical layers may introduce additional inaccuracies. The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may modify or remove features, change methodology, or take the Site offline at any time without notice.

4. Account, eligibility, acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account; keep your sign-in credentials safe.
• You must not scrape, mass-download, abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site or any of its underlying services.
• You must not use the Site to harass others or to violate any applicable law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as displayed on the pricing page and processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@form4ai.ai and we will review the request in good faith.
• Free-tier features remain available without payment but may be modified or limited at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content, including the user interface, methodology, theses, and aggregated displays, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. The underlying SEC filings remain in the public domain. You may share links to public pages on the Site freely; you may not copy or redistribute paywalled content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER Form 4 AI NOR ANY OF ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, INVESTMENTS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
