Every insider trade,
with a thesis attached.
Form 4 AI watches every SEC insider filing the moment it lands, filters out the routine compensation noise, and writes a plain-English thesis on what's left — in under a minute.
The problem
The signal is in the noise.
On any given day, 200 to 600 SEC Form 4 filings hit EDGAR. The vast majority are noise — automatic option grants, mechanical 10b5-1 sales, performance vesting. Reading them in raw XML is impossible.
The handful of filings that actually carry information — a CEO's first open-market buy in three years, a cluster of officers loading up the same week, a CFO doubling their personal stake into bad earnings — are buried in the rest. Free tools dump the data; institutional terminals charge $24,000 a year to interpret it.
Form 4 AI closes that gap. Every filing that survives the noise filter gets an AI-generated thesis grounded in the insider's prior history, the trade's size, and the surrounding context — calibrated to call out the rare high-conviction setups and stay quiet on routine activity.

Why investors use it
The reading is done. The signal is what's left.
Five filings, not six hundred.
Most insider-filing tools dump raw data on you. Form 4 AI does the reading, hides the noise, and shows you the handful with actual directional content.
Routine grants don't make your feed.
Option exercises, tax-withholding sales, scheduled awards, gifts — all filtered before scoring. What you see is filings where an insider made a real economic decision.
Read it like an analyst note. Not a raw 10-Q.
Every filing that survives the noise filter gets a structured paragraph: trade size in context, insider role, surrounding events, and explicit risks. Decisions in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes.
We publish every call. Including the misses.
Forward returns vs SPY for every settled call live on a public calibration log. No deletions, no cherry-picking. Early-sample buckets are labelled honestly. We're starting from transparency, not from a performance claim.
How it works
Three steps. No noise.
Most insider-filing tools dump raw data on you. We do the reading.
We watch every filing.
The moment a Form 4 hits SEC EDGAR, we pick it up. Nothing slips through.
We kill the noise.
Routine compensation events — option exercises, tax withholding, scheduled grants — are removed before they're ever scored. You see filings where an insider made a real economic call.
We hand you a clean read.
Each surviving filing gets a structured AI thesis and a 0–100 conviction score. Trade size in context, insider role, surrounding events, explicit risks. Plain English.
Outcomes
What changes the day you start using it.
You stop reading every filing.
The system reads them. You read the five that matter.
You stop missing cluster patterns.
Multiple insiders into the same ticker in a short window — you hear about it the moment the third filing lands.
You stop second-guessing routine grants.
Mechanical compensation never makes your feed.
You stop trusting black boxes.
Every call goes on a public calibration log. The methodology is publicly documented at a high level. The underlying filings are on SEC.gov, one click away.
Transparency
Every call we make goes on the record.
Forward returns vs SPY for every settled call we've scored — including the ones that didn't work. The sample is still small and we label it that way. We don't claim a performance edge yet; we claim transparency. That's the bar we're starting from.
Vs alternatives
Vs the rest of the field.
We compare honestly. Free tools are great for raw data; expensive terminals are great if you have $24k. We win on the interpretation layer at a price retail can absorb.

FAQ
Common questions.
Aren't Form 4 filings public anyway?
Yes — that's the point. The data is free; reading 200–600 of them per day in raw XML is impossible. We're paying for the interpretation layer, not the data.
How accurate is the conviction score?
The score is a relative-confidence measure, not a price target or a return forecast. Higher scores indicate cleaner directional setups; lower scores indicate routine or ambiguous activity. The public calibration log shows exactly how scores have related to forward returns at a bucket level — including the cases that didn't work.
What's a 'good' conviction score?
We deliberately don't publish exact bucket cutoffs. Use the score for relative ranking within the day's flow, not as a tradable threshold. The calibration log lets you set your own bar.
Is this investment advice?
No. This is research and journalism over public regulatory filings. Every page carries a 'not investment advice' line. Past insider performance doesn't guarantee anything; insider-filing backtests are notoriously path-dependent. Always verify on SEC.gov.
Free tier limits?
Last 30 days of filings (list view), conviction-score badges, the weekly Top-5 digest, and the public insider/issuer pages. The full thesis paragraph is gated to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Stripe-managed billing, one-click cancel from /dashboard/billing. Subscription stays active through the end of the period you've paid for.
